Rev. Horace Lindo, MBA, M.Div., LSSBB is the founder, and president of operations at Ace's Strategic Marketing LLC. He is a strategic marketing consultant, college professor, and an ordained minister, who combines corporate strategy, leadership development, and caring service. Horace has years of experience in military leadership and higher education. He helps people and groups make their vision clearer, more confident, and more purposeful. His all-encompassing approach links excellent branding with strong character, giving customers the tools they need to flourish with honesty, creativity, and impact.
Tiffany Hoxie, MsMOL, CTEC
Executive Vice President of Operations
Tiffany Hoxie is the executive vice president of operations at Ace’s Strategic Marketing LLC, where she brings over 18 years of experience in leadership, education, and organizational development. With a Master of Management and Organizational Leadership and a Connecticut Education Consultant license, Tiffany specializes in designing impactful programs that promote personal growth, professional development, and career advancement. Her background includes leadership roles in both nonprofit and higher education sectors, including her current position as Associate Director of Leadership and Organizational Development at the University of Connecticut. Tiffany is passionate about creating access, equity, and excellence in every aspect of education and business development.
Afra Hassan Pour, MA
Strategic Design & Development Specialist
Afra Hassan Pour is the Strategic Design and Development Intern at Ace’s Strategic Marketing LLC. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, a Master of Arts in Production & Design, and a Graduate Certificate in Arts Leadership & Cultural Management from the University of Connecticut. Their work focuses on visual identity design, event planning and coordination, and the production and facilitation of creative, community-centered workshops grounded in inclusive and mindful leadership. Afra brings a decade of experience in arts and cultural management, including roles in visual arts administration and higher education. They are committed to creating inclusive creative spaces and expanding equitable access to personal, educational, and professional development for all members of the community.
